RNDr. Jiří Bek, CSc., DSc.

Jiří Bek graduated from the Faculty of Sciences, Charles University in Prague with specialization on Geology (1986). 1987 got degree Doctor of Natural Science (RNDr.), 1998 got scientific degree Candidate of Science (CSc.) and in 2012 got scientific degree Doctor of Sciences. He is emloyed in the Geological Institute, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Repubic since 1990 as a palaeontologist.

He is active participants of tens of international scientific conferences and congresses, member of some international scientific organizations and solver of several grant project in the Czech Republic as well as abroad.
