
EASAC Call for Nomination of Experts - Working Group “Meat Alternatives”

A new project focused on meat alternatives will be launched within the EASAC Biosciences Programme.
The expertise needed for this working group is:
- Nutrition;
- Food science, food technology & innovation, biochemistry;
- Regenerative biotechnology; culture of microbial and cell products;
- Agriculture of both animal and plant;
- Environmental (carbon, energy);
- Food safety /allergenicity;
- Food epidemiology and public health;
- Regulatory affairs;
- Ethics;
- Behavioural science.

Nomination of expert should be accompanied by a short CV with a brief letter of recommendation signed by the director of the Institute of the CAS and sent to e-mail: samalova@kav.cas.cz till January 7, 2022 (all in English).
