EASAC Call for Nomination of Experts - Working Group “Meat Alternatives”

A new project focused on meat alternatives will be launched within the EASAC Biosciences Programme.

The expertise needed for this working group is:

  • Nutrition;
  • Food science, food technology & innovation, biochemistry;
  • Regenerative biotechnology; culture of microbial and cell products;
  • Agriculture of both animal and plant;
  • Environmental (carbon, energy);
  • Food safety /allergenicity;
  • Food epidemiology and public health;
  • Regulatory affairs;
  • Ethics;
  • Behavioural science.

Nomination of expert should be accompanied by a short CV with a brief letter of recommendation signed by the director of the Institute of the CAS and sent to e-mail: samalova@kav.cas.cz till January 7, 2022 (all in English).
