Study scholarships in Bavaria | BTHA online event

The Bavarian-Czech Academic Agency (BTHA) has opened a call for applications for one-year study stay scholarships in Bavaria, with a possibility of extension up to 3 years.
The scholarship is intended to finance subsequent master's or doctoral studies at Bavarian public universities. The scholarship can also be awarded for a one-year study stay in Bavaria as part of doctoral studies at a Czech public university.
The application deadline for the academic year 2025/26 is December 1, 2024. More information is available in the attached BTHA leaflet or on the website https://www.btha.cz/cs/stipendia/studium-v-bavorsku.

The Czech Academy of Sciences (the CAS)
The mission of the CAS
The primary mission of the CAS is to conduct research in a broad spectrum of natural, technical and social sciences as well as humanities. This research aims to advance progress of scientific knowledge at the international level, considering, however, the specific needs of the Czech society and the national culture.
President of the CAS
Prof. Eva Zažímalová has started her second term of office in May 2021. She is a respected scientist, and a Professor of Plant Anatomy and Physiology.
She is also a part of GCSA of the EU.
